Community Health Promoters (CHPs) are the backbone of Kenya’s primary healthcare system—connecting households to vital health services, promoting disease prevention, and collecting life-saving data. Through the e-CHIS platform, over 8.5 million households have been registered and screened for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and childhood illnesses. These frontline heroes are transforming healthcare delivery, especially in underserved areas, despite challenges like long distances, tech limitations, and poor network connectivity. Their role is essential in achieving universal health coverage and improving health outcomes for all Kenyans
