MP Samuel Atandi has called for a shift in mindset among leaders and citizens alike, declaring that the era of blaming the President for all national challenges is over. Speaking candidly, he emphasized that governance is a shared responsibility and not only ‘Zakayo’s’, that every elected leader must rise to the occasion and play their part in building Kenya. “We are all responsible for running our country,” he said, urging collective accountability over political finger-pointing.
