130 Children Rescued After Floods Trap Orphanage in Namanga

More than **130 children were rescued** after floods marooned the **Namanga Islamic Orphanage** in Namanga following heavy rains from neighboring Tanzania. The incident occurred around **9 p.m.** while the children slept, with rising waters quickly surrounding the compound and blocking the doors.
