Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has vowed not to be intimidated as he executes his mandate, amid a growing public standoff with former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua over the management of the Social Health Authority (SHA).
Speaking at a Madarasa in Garissa, Duale dismissed allegations linking him to corruption within the government’s Universal Health Coverage programme, insisting he remains focused on delivering reforms in the health sector.
